I was going to start writing out my argument for why intelligent design/creationism has the same flawed logic as cultural evolution based explanations for the archaeological record... but I've gotten a bit side tracked with tracking down sources of funding for a vapor sorption analyzer. Instead, I think my friend Ray's (who, along with his many other talents is truly a remarkable photographer) suggestion is probably better. I'll definitely have to add this to the class curriculum.
Zombie Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
Serve in a Collins Glass. Bottom's up!
